This particular wine is in our opinion the reserve of our firm, produced in few hundreds bottles is the result of winemaking using the best quality grapes,
fermentation at controlled temperature, follow a storage for 10-12 months in small durmast-wood barrels (Barriques), bottled and stored for 6 months.
All the bottles are laid by hands and stored in special cases in underground cellars.
Color: Ruby Red changing to deep Purple with ageing.
Smell: Intense, very Persistent, after a year of ageing in the Barriques it acquire scent of Cinnamon, Cacao and a hint of Liquorice.
Taste: very full Bodied, Dry, Calm, Warm, Harmonious and with the wood it acquires complexity and structure.
Serving Temperature : 18-20 °C.
Serving Suggestions: red meats, cheeses.
