“Barbera” is the most popular red wine in Piedmont. In the Asti province this local grapevine has found, from centuries, an ideal habitat in the nature of the earth, the climate and the position of the best hills. His organic characteristic allows it to be consumed without problems even after 2-3 years or more from being bottled.
Color: Ruby Red with a shade of Purple with ageing.
Smell: Intense, Row at young age, Persistent.
Taste: Full Bodied, Dry, Warm, Harmonious.
Serving Temperature : 16-18 °C.
Serving Suggestions: Can be drunk all throughout the meal with a preference for Ravioli, a Piedmont tradition.
